Get help with sleep
Learning to settle your baby and understand their changing sleep patterns and needs can be one of the hardest parts of being a parent. Every baby is unique, and it can be hard to find what works for you, your pēpi and your whānau.
PlunketLine is now offering face-to-face online support sessions with nurses who are specially trained to help with sleep and settling pēpi.
These sessions are free, private video calls. You don’t have to be enrolled with Whānau Āwhina Plunket to use our sleep consultation service – it's available to everyone.
You book a sleep consultation by calling PlunketLine free on 0800 933 922. This is a free phone line available 24/7. Our nurses will provide some initial support over the phone and book you an appointment.
How it works
Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll email you an appointment link and instructions for downloading and using Microsoft Teams, the secure and reliable video calling app we use.
The consultation takes place in a private environment, and you’re more than welcome to have a whānau member or support person with you.
Appointments are available during the day, evenings and on weekends, to make things as easy as possible for you. We look forward to meeting you online.
